Inca West Homes

Our current project, Inca West Homes, an exclusive gated community composed of six 4-bedroom maisonettes, all ensuite, with a flat roof envisioned with entertaining in mind – picture you and your close friends or family with a drink in hand, enjoying an afternoon barbecue as you take in the fresh air and lush, unpolluted surroundings. 

The master bedroom is spacious, with an even more spacious verandah where you can enjoy a late morning breakfast or soak up the sun on a lazy afternoon. The other three bedrooms also open up to a private verandah perfect for me-time.

The living room is spacious and well-lit thanks to a generous windows, the kitchen a space you will enjoy spending time in. It opens up to a verandah and outdoor space for doing laundry.

The project relies on two water sources – council water and a privately owned borehole, which ensures running water day and night.
